Bandera Resources, LLC. (Bandera) was formed to perform work in the environmental industry focused on clients in the public and private markets. The company was founded by Don Edgington, President and CEO, and Matthew Salinger, Vice President and CFO, in January of 2002.
Since Bandera’s inception we have been involved in over 320 projects and incidents, ranging from managing small oil and hazardous materials spills to managing complex environmental remediation and construction projects. In addition, Bandera has assisted clients in all facets of Incident Command System (ICS) responses in operations, logistics, finance and safety on projects of national significance.
Each principal has served in various management capacities in the environmental industry before forming the company. Each Bandera associate brings a wealth of field experience to provide the necessary expertise to manage any type of project in any locale. Bandera associates average in excess of twenty (20) years of field management experience that will provide you with a professionally managed project at less cost.
Bandera believes that offering “virtual” management resources on an as-needed-basis enables our many clients to realize significant operational and financial advantages to compete in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Our experience in quickly assessing and implementing effective management solutions has helped our clients successfully manage their projects to completion. Key to this success is identifying those key components of each job to control project execution and scheduling, leading to less downtime and cost. This “virtual resource” capability, combined with our “value-added” approach to managing projects for our clients, has resulted in quality management performance at a lower net price.
Bandera will continue our focus on solving our client’s needs efficiently and economically. Our approach will continue to emphasize quality over quantity to maintain the highest level of professional services for our clients.
